Armageddon Expo reveals 30th anniversary lineup
The full lineup for the 2025 Sprongeddon Auckland Armageddon event has been revealed.
it's a Lord of the Rings reunion plus the chance to also see some of the biggest names in Hollywood, gaming and animation.

Elijah Wood gained international fame as Frodo Baggins in The Lord of the Rings trilogy and has since starred in Yellowjackets, Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency, and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. In addition to live action, he has voiced characters in animation and gaming, continuing to expand his career across genres.
Andy Serkis is best known for his groundbreaking performance as Gollum in The Lord of the Rings trilogy, followed by memorable roles in The Batman, Black Panther, and Andor. A pioneer of motion-capture acting, Serkis also starred in Rise of the Planet of the Apes and continues to push the boundaries of performance in both film and television.
Evangeline Lilly rose to fame as Kate Austen in the global hit series Lost before joining two of cinema’s biggest franchises with roles in The Hobbit trilogy and as Hope van Dyne in Marvel’s Ant-Man films. Her career spans both dramatic and action roles across Hollywood blockbusters.
